Zhejiangopterus linhaiensis

An early to middle Cretaceous azhdarchid known from at least four crushed and articulated specimens from Linhai City, Zhejiang Province, China. (43cm large skull length, 5m wingspan).  The skull is very distinctive in being large, but very narrow. A smaller 29cm skull, scapula, 2 humeri, 3 femora and a number of gastric ribs relating to 4 or 5 specimens are known.
