Alfred Sherwood Romer
1894 -1973
Romer was Professor Emeritus of Zoology at Harvard University and Director of the Museum of Comparative Zoology. He was an expert on Permian Vertebrates and published works on the vertebrates as a whole. In the 1950's 60's and 70's his work was essential student reading.
